1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7dbd ("7dbd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7dbd website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and all related features accessible at https://7dbd.io.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 7dbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to 7dbd is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 7dbd operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 7dbd or any responsible gaming scheme that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or using the platform.
• You have not previously had an account on 7dbd that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 7dbd platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the individual permanently banned from the platform.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 7dbd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7dbd will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password.

You agree to notify 7dbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. 7dbd cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all account holders and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

Account Verification (KYC): 7dbd may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 7dbd may result in temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal access.

Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7dbd does not pay interest on player account balances under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

7dbd accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your 7dbd account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

7dbd does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 7dbd's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider before initiating a deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the funds being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed any applicable KYC verification requirements prior to processing your first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request approval. Processing times to your payment provider's wallet or account may vary; bKash and Nagad transfers are typically completed within seconds of processing.

7dbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to verification of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where 7dbd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, match fixing, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, 7dbd will notify the player and provide the opportunity to respond.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7dbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in each offer.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum Odds: Sports betting bonuses may be subject to minimum qualifying odds. Bets placed below the stated minimum odds will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless 7dbd explicitly states otherwise in the offer terms.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money except by completing the applicable wagering requirements.

7dbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already claimed and are actively using the offer are not adversely affected retroactively.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy that 7dbd determines to be abuse of its promotional system will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and potential permanent account suspension.

7. Casino Games & Sports Betting Rules

All casino games available on 7dbd are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a provider's game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account and financial matters; the provider's rules shall govern game-specific outcomes.

Sports betting markets at 7dbd are governed by the betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Key principles include:

• All bets are accepted at 7dbd's discretion. 7dbd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error affecting bet acceptance, odds display, or market settlement, 7dbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Match abandonment, weather interruptions, or other events affecting cricket or sports fixtures will be handled in accordance with the settlement rules published in the sportsbook. In most cases, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup markets follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methods where applicable.
• Any bet placed after the event has concluded ("late bets") will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of the displayed outcome at the time of placement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7dbd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any event or game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, take advantage of multiple bonus claims, or for any other reason.
• Providing false personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of masking your true geographic location where such access is otherwise prohibited.

9. Responsible Gaming

13. Amendments to These Terms

7dbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7dbd will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address on your account. Non-material clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately upon publication.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 7dbd arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
